BREAKING NEWS: National Headlines - Alduria - 06-16-2019
You can use this thread in a capacity as a reporter or a journalist to share news and information with the public.
Think of it as an RL tweet (much like the in-character Tweeter on the Aldurian Discord server). It needs to be a headline with a short blurb of news, along with a bit of information about the news outlet and the journalist releasing it.
Please note that this thread is for important national headlines. Minor announcements and small-time news do not count, could probably go in a separate regional outlet thread.

EXECUTIVE MANSION ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF AMY MALLISTE
NABC NEWS, Mariela Lopez -- Amy Malliste has resigned from her position as Senior Counselor to the President following a tense meeting in the Executive Mansion with several key presidential staffers, including the President's Chief of Staff, Jean Gaugin.
Sources say that the meeting lasted for an hour and a half. The President was not in attendance.
