Motion for Adjournment - Alfonso Velez - 10-07-2019
Madam Speaker,
Under the provisions of Section VII, Rule 9 of the Standing Orders of Parliament, I move that this Parliament stand adjourned until [RL date: Wednesday, October 16th]. This adjournment is requested due to travel plans and will give members time to begin preparing for upcoming elections. I further request that this motion be approved by unanimous consent.
(OOC: I will be travelling and generally unavailable until October 16th. I will probably not docket anything for the Government until 10/21, with the possible exception of reconsideration if the President vetoes the pending bill.)
