To all of these whose these Presents shall come, GREETING : -

WHEREAS it is Our Will to ensure that Our Most Beloved People have a Government that serves them with distinction as prescribed by the Constitution of 1663;

LET IT THEREFORE BE ORDAINED AND DECLARED, BY OUR WILL AND PLEASURE that the following Beloved Advisors and Councillors be appointed to Our Government, and that they serve in accordance to the prescriptions of Our Constitution of 1663 and of the laws of this August Wechua Nation: -

1. As Inkap Ratin and Prime Minister, We appoint His Excellency Pacha Allcca Alcarima;

2. As Minister for Finance, Business, and Commerce and Royal Treasurer, We appoint His Excellency Illa Sayritupac Paucarchuco;

3. As Minister of Foreign Affairs and Ambassador Plenipotentiary to All Micran Nations, We appoint His Excellency Viraquirao Maygua Alvarez;

4. As Minister of Justice and Lady Keeper of His Wechu Majesty's Seals, We appoint Her Excellency Sayri Auquitayasi Huyhua;

5. As Minister of National Security and Defense, We appoint Her Excellency Kumya Kusi Condori;

6. As Minister of Interior and Civil Works, We appoint His Excellency Ylla Huamanchagua Huanca;

7. As Minister of Social Security and Health, We appoint Her Excellency Rumi Llancay Pumasupa;

8. As Minister for the Franja Transversal del Oeste, We appoint His Excellency Yachay Sihui Chakana.

THUS IS THE WILL OF THE SON OF INTI, THE KING OF THE WECHUA, MADE KNOWN BEFORE THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PEOPLE AT CHINCHERO PALACE IN THE CITY OF PARAP, IN THE 9TH DAY OF THE THIRTEENTH MONTH OF THE YEAR OF OUR NORTON 1663.
