LDP: 39 - MODERATELY NEGATIVE


An incident has been reported at an LDP campaign stop in Asuara where the Prime Minister came into physical contact with two campaign trackers from the Aldurian National Alliance. During a meet and greet with the Prime Minister and some Cabinet members, the campaign trackers approached the Prime Minister. In an effort to get away, he grabbed the arm of one of the trackers and inadvertently elbowed the other in the chest.

The largest teacher's union in Alduria, the Aldurian Union of Educators and Teachers, has issued an endorsement of the education plan put forward by the Democratic Socialist Party. "We are elated to see someone taking this issue seriously and having a plan that makes sense," said the President of the union Norma Johnson. "We believe the DSP has the best plan for education and we strongly support it."

Henry Poincaré, an independent MP, has joined Robert Beaumont on the campaign trail and has endorsed the ANA in the 1682 election. The endorsement could potentially boost the ANA's chances in the state of Valoria. Poincaré was a strong supporter of Prime Minister Velez. He used his influence over several other MPs in Parliament to get them to vote in favor of all government legislation.

Hello, thank you for having me here today in the wonderful city of Gramercy, Biscarrose. I’m here today to talk about what we at the DSP can offer to you if we win the next election. The DSP’s main objective is to end inequality and poverty and create a fairer Alduria. That is what we have always wanted to do as a party, and that is why I came into politics, to make life better for everyone and provide a voice for the voiceless.

And in this election, it your turn to choose what vision you want for Alduria. And I urge you to support my vision for our country. We have a plan, in our manifesto, to deliver change to everyone in our country. But we can only exercise our plan in government. So what you need to do, I vote DSP and make sure all your friends, family and community are to. Our movement belongs to its grassroots. Our movement belongs to you.

But what is your plan? I hear you ask. Well, to build a better Alduria, what we will do is firstly: make health care free for all. We will nationalise the health care industry! And we will make it free for everyone. We believe that health care is a right, and the highest quality healthcare shouldn’t be restricted for only those who can afford it. Don’t you agree? In a fair society, health care would be free at the point of use for anyone who needs it! That is what we will do.

But our investment also has been only really centred around Punta Santiago and the Aldurian Capital district. All the wealth accumulates and the left of the country is left behind. We will stop this. We will invest across Alduria! We will make sure industry across Alduria thrives and that everyone is involved in our economy so that we can grow. And when we do this, investment in our economy will lead to higher returns which can go into industry, health care, military and education. That is what we will do for you! We will make sure that we all get our due rewards for our efforts and that no part of Alduria is left behind.

So on Election Day, vote for hope. Vote for prosperity, vote for change. Vote for your children, vote for the future, vote for the Democratic Socialist Party! Thank you very much.

BEAUMONT CAMPAIGN LAUNCH

Good afternoon. It's an honor to be with you today, my fellow Aldurians.

This is a moment for our country to catch its rendezvous with destiny. To rise to the occasion, we need a government that will lead, a government that will build our communities and protect our families.

What we don't need is a disconnected, libertarian government that is more concerned with moral relativity. This is a chance to reject the idea that government should maxime profits and cut social progress.

The job of building a country didn't end when the Constitution was ratified. It's the work of every Aldurian, of every heart and mind in this great country. It will always be our greatest duty.

I'm not scared to say that we still have the best ahead of us. If we make the right choice this election, we'll be able to reach that future. I have hope, hope for our country, hope for our people.

That's why I am running under the banner of the Aldurian National Aliance. That's why I want to be Prime Minister.

The Aldurian National Alliance is the party of prosperity. The party of progress.

Our national education crisis is a human rights issue. We'll fix it by creating a national education system that will provide free education to our children. We'll fund it right, and we'll get more schools, libraries, and colleges built. And we'll help people pursue highed education if they choose to with a national grant for higher ed. If an Aldurian wants to go to a state university, their tuition and books will be free.

Alduria sits along some of the busiest international shipping routes in the world. We need a government that understands trade is best when it is free and fair. The ANA will continue to use the opportunities from the Raspur Pact to grow our economy, build our military, and create jobs. We'll make sure the trade agreements Alduria signs will be fair and lead to real economic growth. And for everyone else, we'll enact tariffs to help protect Aldurian manufacturing and business. That will force all the nations that want to do business with Alduria to set fair terms and agreements.

The state of health care system is a great failure. It needs remedy as soon as possible. We can't keep counting on a disparate system that is expensive and unregulated. The ANA will establish a national health care system as a public health care option for consumers. This public option will be available to all, along with private and not-for-profit options. This is how we will expand acess to health care. And we're going to improve choice for consumers, bring down costs, and increase access.

If we're going to keep Alduria safe, we will need a strong military. The ANA will expand the Navy and Air Force. We'll also reform the Army so that it is agile and quick to deploy. Peace through strength will deter aggression against Alduria. We'll also invest in more research and development to ensure the future of defense tech is made here.

Above all, we know that without its values, our nation is nothing. We must have a government that understands that life is precious and that we must protect it. We must have a government that fights to defend the family and its sanctity. And we need a government that will hold proudly that we're one nation, one country. We are one people, the Aldurian people, and we must take care of each other with compassion and understanding.

We need reliable and steady leadership in Punta Santiago. We need people committed to building a better country to pass to our children.

The ANA wants to build a country that is compassionate to its citizens, strong against its foreign enemies, and safe for its families.

This election, I urge you to vote for the Aldurian National Alliance, vote for the blue rose.

Hello everyone, thank you for being here. And thank you for letting me be here today in Corrada del Rio. Now, as you all know, we are fighting a parliamentary election. And I am here to make sure you support the DSP to represent you. We are a newly formed and developing nation, and we now need to tackle some great injustices in our society before they become to big and to costly to tackle.

The DSP believes in equality for everyone in our country, no matter the race, religion or background. And we want to tackle the inequalities we face across our nation. With the poorest in our society not getting the sufficient help they need and the grotesque amount of income disparity between the Aldurian Capital District and the rest of Alduria. This needs to change and that is what we will deliver.

The DSP has a plan to deliver a better country, all you need to do it get it is to vote DSP, get your relatives to vote DSP, your friends to know what we offer and campaign in your local community. Our movement is about people power. And the only way to further our movement is for, you, the people to get out and fight for our movement!

The DSP are offering a plan for education which has already been endorsed by the Aldurian Union for Educators and Teachers, Alduria’s largest teachers union. There has not been enough done to make education the highest possible standard it can, but that is what we will do in government! We will fight for your children’s education because we believe every child deserves the best possible start in life, but we will also have free University Education as well so they can pursue a further education at no further cost.

In addition, we will fully nationalise our health service and make it free for all. Health Care should be a right and that is what we will do to make sure that right is serviced for every Aldurian citizen. We will also establish the Government Department for Health & Social Care so we have a department dedicated to making sure that the health service is up to standard and that there is the highest standard possible health care for everyone.

Since we are a new and developing nation, our population is growing at a rapid rate, and so is the demand for housing. To keep up with the demand we will need to build between 727,000 to 1,000,000 houses a year. And that is what we will do. We will create a mass social housing system ran by local governments so that there is always available rented housing for everyone who needs it. Everyone deserves a roof over their head and that is what we will deliver!

People may say this is a far fetched dream and is un achievable, but if people didn’t dare to dream then our society would never develop. So let’s make our dreams a reality, let’s elect a DSP government that will work for the interests of everyone. We can deliver on those dreams. We can, together!
