DSP Policy Change Announcement
#1
*Enters DSP HQ press room with papers and a cup of water*
*Drinks water, shuffles paper, clears throat them begins*

Hello Comrades,

Today I have gathered you for an announcement on behalf of the whole party.

Recently, after complaints from our members, we decided to hold a discussion on the policy of tax breaks for companies that pay their wages a living wage. But after debate and a vote in our party, we have decided to go against that policy. We shouldn’t have to encourage companies to pay their workers a living wage, they should just pay it. It’s a right for people to be payed a wage that supports them out of poverty so now we will make it a right and no more tax breaks.

Here are the leaflets that tell you more about this, my friends will hand them out now. *Two interns had our sheets to press gathered*

It was landslide vote to scrap the policy with 58 of our 60 MPs voted to change it. We will now continue into the future and will keep fighting for workers rights and getting our manifesto perfect for when the next election shall come.

Thank You

*Drinks a bit more water then exits*
